Slowdiveスロウダイヴ
コクトー・ツインズと並び、90年代UKシーンを代表するドリーミー・ギター・バンド。エフェクト類を効かせた酩酊ギター・サウンドと夢見心地なスウィート・ヴォイスが映し出す、この世のすべてのシガラミから逃避したかのような幻想世界。それはあまりに甘美でモラトリアムな魅力にあふれていた。アラン・マッギー率いる＜Creation＞より『Just For A Day』（92年）、『Souvlaki』（94年）を世に残し、95年に解散。中心メンバーであったレイチェル・ゴスウェル（vo&g）とニール・ハステッド（vo&g）は、現在フォーキー・ギターポップ・バンド、Mojave 3にて活動中である。
